The ARL is a non-competitive, non-checking league.
The ARL is for the mature adult looking
for an enjoyable skate with minimal competition,
who enjoys a cold beer after the game in the sports bar with friends.
Here's a little information on the league:
- 12 Game season
- Teams must provide own jerseys
- Non-checking league
- Players self officiate the games
- Players are selected to teams by northwoods staff
- Games are 1 hour long
- Goalies pay half price
Season Begins: April 13th 2012
Game times: 9:45 PM, 11:00 PM & *12:15 AM

Enrollment fees:
Player $290.00 + $20 Insurance Fee = $310.00
Goalie $170.00 + $20 Insurance Fee = $190.00

Hockey Insurance $20.00 annual fee

Online Registration Discounts: Online enrollments will show up as full price until you register the participant. Once registered you will be taken to another screen that will add the discount to your cart. Credit card information will not be entered until you review your shopping cart and hit the Complete Purchase button. If you have problems registering, please contact the program manager before the deadline as late discounts will not be given.
*Players will be privately ranked based on ability and experience to make sure they are placed in the proper level of play.
Alcoholic beverages not purchased at the Penalty Box Bar are not allowed on the property. Any team / person wishing to purchase beer from the bar will need to pay in advance and the beer will be delivered to your locker room.
